Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
Duties:
- Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules to meet business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Develop reports and dashboards in Workday
- Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner
Skills:
- Proficiency in T-SQL, OOP, and PL/SQL
- Experience with load balancing and Meraki networking
- Ability to vaticinate system performance and scalability
- Knowledge of CSS for report formatting in Workday
- Familiarity with VMWare virtualization technology
- Strong scripting skills for automation tasks
